DRAWING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your participation in the CVX Game Console Repair drawing for a single game console choice of either an Xbox 4GB 360 slim, or a PS3 160GB Slim shall be deemed to be your complete acceptance of the Terms and Conditions herein.  The following Terms and Conditions of the CVX Game Console Repair drawing, which is sponsored by CVX Game Console Repair, LLC.

1. Only persons over the age of 18 and that are a 'current' registered student during the period of this drawing at the University for which our advertising in the college coupon book is being distributed at are eligible for entry.  All other entries will be null and void and will not be considered for the drawing.
2. The contest entry date will run from January 16th, 2012 thru April 16th, 2012.
3. Each entrant shall be entitled to make one (1) entry into the drawing each day during the above contest date.  In the event that CVX Game Console Repair deems an entrant to have made multiple entries per day to enter, or to have acted in bad faith with respect to the contest, the entrant shall be excluded from the contest and consequently ineligible to win the Game Console prize.
4. The Prize for winning the contest shall be the choice of either a brand new Xbox 360 4GB Slim game console, or a brand new PS3 160GB Slim game console.
5. Winner of the contest will be determined by a random drawing that will be conducted on April 21st, 2012.  The selected winner must comply with all Terms and Conditions set forth in these contest rules and regulations, and winning is dependent upon fulfilling all such requirements.
6. CVX Game Console Repair shall notify the winner of the contest drawing via Phone or Email within thirty (30) days of the contest drawing end date specified above.  The winner shall receive the Prize within sixty (60) days of CVX Game Console Repair's receipt of the details of the winner required in order to affect transfer of the Prize.
7.  Notwithstanding Section 6 above, in the event that, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize winner fails to respond within thirty (30) days, to Phone or Email notification of his/her winning, such winning entrant shall be deemed to have forfeited his/her claim to the prize and CVX Game Console Repair shall not have any obligation whatsoever to compensate the winning entrant in any way.  A new winner will then be selected and the notification process listed herein will be repeated.
8. CVX Game Console Repair's decision is final with respect to all matters relating to awarding of the Prize and shall not be subject to review or appeal by any entrant or by any third party.
9. Your participation in the contest is considered your agreement that CVX Game Console Repair may contact you by phone and email.
10. The Prize is neither transferable nor exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for money or money's worth.
11. By entering the contest each entrant unreservedly agrees to these terms and conditions which govern the contest and the awarding of the Prize.
12. By entering the contest each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless CVX Game Console Repair, it's legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any damages whatsoever suffered or sustained in connection with the contest or acceptance of the Prize.
13. The winning entrant shall be solely responsible for receipt of teh Prize based on confirmation of shipping address.  CVX Game Console Repair will not be responsible in any way for loss or damage of the Pirze having been shipped.
14. CVX Game Console Repair reserves the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time and in its sole discretion.
15. CVX Game Console Repair reserves the right, at any time, to cancel, modify or suspend the contest if, in its sole judgement, the contest is not capable of being conducted as specified.
16. CVX Game Console Reapir reserves the right, and will disclose the winner's Full Name & University Location on this website for an undetermined period of time.  No other personal information will be shown or shared.
17. These terms and conditions any any matters relating to this contest shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, USA.
