CVX game console repair will not use the original packaging that your console was shipped to us in.  This includes any original OEM game console packaging or box contents.


We receive deliveries from UPS®, the US Postal Service® (USPS®), and FedEx® everyday. The company you choose is up to you....simply click on one of their links above.


All CVX game console repairs or returns of non-repairable consoles will be shipped at customer's expense per the noted return shipping charges shown under the appropriate game system repair page.  You must purchase the Insurance option if you wish to add insurance.

Whatever shipping company you choose, please ensure your product is properly packed!

You can purchase packing materials at any of the above shipping outlets. The UPS Store, UPS customer counters, USPS, FedEx Kinko’s, Fedex customer counters, Mailboxes etc, Postal connections, and Staples all have packing supplies readily available.  Your packaging should include 2" of bubble wrap or peanuts on 'all' sides of the console.  Damage claims will often be denied by the carrier if they determine that the packaging was insufficient. 

Be sure to get a receipt from your shipper when sending in a console as CVX game console repair is 'not' liable for any shipping and handling related damage or loss.  It is your responsibility to purchase insurance if you wish to protect yourself against any shipping related damages both when sending in your unit as well as when the unit is being returned.  Return shipping insurance can be selected and purchased from the appropriate game system repair page.  

      CVX will 'not' accept any shipping and handling related damage or lost claims for any reason.
