NOTICE FOR PS3 REPAIRS:  Please leave your hard drive inside the unit or else it will not boot for proper diagnosis & testing 'after' our repair completion.

NOTICE FOR PS3 YLOD REPAIRS:  A permanent fan mod is required following any successful repair of a YLOD (3 beeps / flashing red light).  The fans will run 'louder' with the fan mod immediately upon powering on of the PS3 unit in order to protect and preserve the longevity of the repairs made to the motherboard.   
NOTE:  Please ensure PS3 hard drive is left inside unit

DO NOT REMOVE ANY GAMES AS YOU MAY DAMAGE THE
DVD DRIVE RESULTING IN ADDITIONAL REPAIR COSTS

Non-Repairable console statement CVX does not gaurantee repair on any unit due to existing hardware or other related defects based on the quality or condition of the internal components, or from previous repair attempts performed by others.  CVX offers no verbal or written warranty, either expressed or implied, regarding the success of any diagnostic or repair attempts.

IMPORTANT!
Please print the email reply that you will receive from CVX 'after' we receive and review your repair request, and tape it to your unit prior to shipment so we know who sent it.  Note we will not return any received packaging, boxes or manuals.  All units will be returned only in a USPS Flat Rate Box without exception.
IMPORTANT!
You must complete a Repair Request form for 'each' unit you will be submitting.  Once you complete and submit this form you will receive a 'reply' email from a CVX representative within 24 hours that you will need to then print and tape to your unit 'prior' to shipment or drop off.
